Your daily doing will involve- You plan and organize our own conference "snapADDY CRM Experience" as well as the trade fair appearances of our sales and HR teams
- You ensure that the events run smoothly
- You are responsible for personnel planning and deploy our employees efficiently
- You analyze event successes and develop possible improvements and optimizations
- You plan budgets and keep an eye on costs at all times
- You manage the billing of events and ensure reliable and transparent payment transactions
- You are the contact person for event organizers, customers and employees
- You have completed a relevant apprenticeship or a relevant course of study
- You have relevant professional experience in the planning and implementation of events
- You have very good German and good written and spoken English skills
- You think in an analytical, structured, conceptual and goal-oriented way
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy dealing with customers
- You are experienced in working with various software
- Your own exciting area of responsibility, which you can develop independently
